JJ Williams (Gaskets) is a leading manufacturer of a wide range of washers in non metallic materials including a variety of fibre washers, natural rubber washers and butyl washers.  We also have a selection of non asbestos washers and vulcanised fibre washers along with nylon, neoprene and polypropylene washers.  All of our washers are of a high standard, made from quality material to tolorate constant use.

Our material stocks are one of the most comprehensive in the industry and we can manufacture whatever stamped component is required. The highest care and attention to detail is given when producing the tooling for a particular production run, with rigorous quality control checks.

JJ Williams produce our own tooling giving us greater control over lead times and enabling us to reduce delays due to design modifications. After full technical discussions we will design tools to suit customer requirements or work from drawings and specifications supplied.

Machined components are supplied to small industrial users and multi-nationals with the same care and enthusiasm.
